Policies

Keeping Things Smooth

At Smooth Vibes, we believe that clear guidelines help us maintain a smooth operation. We kindly ask that everyone adheres to the following three main policies. Additional policies may be introduced with premium products and packages, which will be discussed in person during consultations and offerings.

Deposit

STARTING IN JANUARY 2025!

To secure your service time, a $15 deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost. This ensures that your spot is reserved and available for you. Thank you for your understanding!

Rescheduling 

We understand that life can be unpredictable. We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment 24-48 hours in advance. You may move your appointment up to two times using the same deposit, after which pre-booking- will not be available. To reschedule, please reach out to us via text or email.

Late or No Show 

If you arrive more than five minutes late, I will assess the situation and do my best to accommodate you, possibly rescheduling your appointment. Please note that if you cancel the service or do not show up, a fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. Additionally, after three no-shows, you will not be able to rebook for the remaining of the year.
